Important Safety Notice
Motorsport and high-performance driving activities are inherently dangerous and involve significant risk of injury, serious harm or death.
By participating in any TH14 Motorsport activity, event, assessment, coaching session or vehicle experience, all participants acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.
Assumption of Risk
Participants understand and accept that motorsport activities may involve:

High-speed vehicle operation

Vehicle collisions or mechanical failure

Loss of vehicle control

Adverse weather conditions

Surface hazards and changing circuit conditions

Actions of other drivers or participants

Injury caused by motorsport-related incidents
Participation is undertaken entirely at the individual’s own risk.
No Guarantee of Safety
TH14 Motorsport operates driver progression systems, instructor assessments and vehicle approval procedures to promote responsible participation and safety standards.
However, no approval, licence tier, coaching session or assessment can eliminate the inherent risks associated with motorsport activities.
TH14 Motorsport cannot guarantee participant safety under any circumstances.
Driver Responsibility
All participants are responsible for:

Driving within their limits

Following all instructor guidance and circuit regulations

Ensuring they are medically fit to participate

Using equipment responsibly

Reporting relevant experience accurately

Acting safely and respectfully at all times
TH14 Motorsport reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation at any time for operational or safety reasons.
Third-Party Venues & Events
TH14 Motorsport may attend or operate alongside third-party circuits, venues and event organisers.
TH14 Motorsport accepts no responsibility for:

third-party operational decisions

venue conditions
-
event cancellations
-
external organiser conduct
-
actions of other participants
Additional waivers or safety procedures may apply at specific venues or events.
Vehicle Damage & Mechanical Failure
Motorsport vehicles operate under extreme conditions and may experience:

mechanical failure
-
tyre failure
-
component wear
-
unexpected handling characteristics
Participants acknowledge that vehicle damage and mechanical incidents are possible during motorsport activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TH14 Motorsport shall not be held liable for:

personal injury

death
-
financial loss
-
property damage
-
vehicle damage
-
indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in motorsport activities
Nothing within this disclaimer excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
