Motorsport Risk Acknowledgement

 

Motorsport and high-performance driving activities are inherently dangerous. Participation in any driving activity carries risk of injury, serious harm or death.

By engaging with TH14 Motorsport activities, users acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.

TH14 Motorsport cannot guarantee the safety of participants, vehicles, circuits or third-party providers.

 

 

Driver Responsibility

 

Drivers are responsible for:

• Providing truthful and accurate information

• Disclosing relevant driving experience

• Following instructor guidance and safety procedures

• Operating vehicles responsibly at all times

• Ensuring they are medically fit to participate

TH14 Motorsport reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at any time for safety or conduct reasons.

 

 

Licence & Vehicle Approvals

 

Racing licence tiers, vehicle approvals and progression systems are provided for operational guidance only.

TH14 Motorsport reserves the right to:

• approve or deny applications

• revoke vehicle approvals

• suspend or downgrade licences

• override automated progression systems

• require additional assessment or coaching

Approval to access a vehicle or licence tier does not guarantee suitability for all events or conditions.

 

 

Booking Enquiries

 

Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee:

• vehicle availability

• circuit availability

• confirmation of participation

• pricing or scheduling

All enquiries remain subject to review, availability and final confirmation by TH14 Motorsport.

 

 

Third-Party Circuits & Organisers

 

TH14 Motorsport may operate alongside or attend third-party:

• circuits

• track day organisers

• event providers

• motorsport venues

TH14 Motorsport accepts no responsibility for:

• third-party cancellations

• circuit conditions

• organiser decisions

• external operational issues

Additional venue-specific rules or waivers may apply.

 

 

Payments & Pricing

 

Pricing may vary depending on:

• circuit

• vehicle

• event duration

• transport requirements

• instructor support

• consumables or damage risk

All pricing is subject to confirmation prior to booking.

 

 

Vehicle Damage & Conduct

 

Drivers may be held responsible for:

• negligent behaviour

• reckless driving

• avoidable vehicle damage

• failure to follow instruction

• unsafe conduct

TH14 Motorsport reserves the right to remove participants from activities immediately where necessary.

 

 

Website Usage

 

Users must not:

• misuse the website

• attempt unauthorised access

• interfere with platform functionality

• impersonate other individuals
